60-Minute Course
¥8,800 (tax included)
Focused on the shoulder blades
Our basic course focuses on the shoulder blade area and concerns such as shoulder tension, rounded shoulders and posture. It is one option for a first visit.
SCAPULA CARE

Concerned about shoulder tension, rounded shoulders or how your posture looks in photographs? RUFFREE combines electro-treatment and hands-on bodywork, with a focus on the shoulder blade area.
Scapula release is care around the shoulder blades, with attention to how comfortably the shoulders and back move. Although the Japanese name may suggest strong pressure, we discuss your condition before planning your care.
Tell us where you feel discomfort, when you notice it and what you would like to focus on. You can choose a course ranging from shoulder blade care to a fuller body session.
Tell us when you notice these concerns during your everyday life.

We begin with an electro-treatment system. RUFFREE combines this approach to the muscles with hands-on techniques focused on the shoulder blades.
Both approaches are included. Please tell us during your consultation if you are concerned about stimulation or any area being touched.
RUFFREE's techniques are supervised by a nationally qualified practitioner. We adapt care to your condition and concerns on the day rather than repeating a fixed routine.
Choose 60 minutes for a shoulder blade focus, 90 minutes to include posture and pelvic care, or 120 minutes for more time on the whole body. Consider the areas you want to discuss as well as the duration.
We take photographs before and after your session so that you can review your back and side-on posture together with your practitioner.
The follow-up discussion considers both the photographs and how you feel and move. Results and the number of visits needed vary; a photographed example does not promise the same outcome for everyone.

An individual example. Results vary from person to person.

We listen to your concerns, condition and preferences.

After you change, we photograph your posture and shoulder blade area.

Electro-treatment and hands-on care are adapted to your condition on the day.

We take after photographs and review the before-and-after images together.

We discuss how you feel and move, then talk about ongoing care.
