Alongside the shoulder blade area, this course includes lymphatic massage for the back, upper arms and upper chest. Tell us about your dress shape or particular concerns in photographs.
We review the before-and-after photographs together with how you feel. These are individual examples, not promises of a particular weight or size change.
100 minutes for the upper body; 120 to include the face.
The 100-minute option combines scapula release, posture care and lymphatic massage. The 120-minute option adds facial care.
The difference is more than an extra 20 minutes: the longer course includes facial care. Compare whether you want an upper-body focus or to include your face too.

We discuss your visits around your wedding, photographs and shaving appointments. We recommend receiving treatment before shaving.
First-time guests should allow about one week before the wedding, rather than concentrating appointments immediately before it. Please mention your skin condition and other cosmetic procedures.

What does the 120-minute course add?
It adds facial care to the 100-minute combination of scapula release, posture care and lymphatic massage, for those who want to include their face.
How is this different from Scapula Release + Oil Treatment?
Scapula Release + Oil Treatment is a 90-minute course including oil care for the back and upper chest. Bridal Lymphatic Care offers 100- and 120-minute combinations for the back, upper arms and upper chest before a wedding or photographs.
Should treatment come before or after shaving?
We recommend treatment first, followed by shaving. If shaving comes first, please leave at least four days before visiting.
Can I receive this course during pregnancy?
RUFFREE does not provide treatment during pregnancy, for people with heart conditions or for people with pacemakers. A doctor's approval is needed after Botox.
When should I begin my visits?
Many guests begin three to six months in advance. Timing varies with your condition and wedding or photograph dates, so please share your schedule with us.
