How do I book, and can I use LINE?

What if I am unsure which treatment to choose?
Use the comparison guide to review goals, duration and areas included. Tell your location whether your priority is shoulder blades, facial care, wedding preparation, relaxation or movement.
Can I discuss the pressure used during bodywork?
We value a comfortable, relaxing experience. Sensations vary, so tell us before or during care about concerns about hands-on pressure or any area you do not want touched.
How often should I return?
Our published guideline is a return visit within 10–14 days. Discuss a practical plan around your condition, daily habits and goals.
Can men visit RUFFREE?
Yes. Men can discuss shoulder, neck and lower-back concerns, as well as beauty-focused care such as facial courses.
Who cannot receive care?
Care is not available during pregnancy, for people with heart conditions or for people with pacemakers. A doctor's approval is required after Botox. Tell the location before booking about ongoing treatment or other health concerns.
Choosing a Treatment

Is Angel Face Care a face-only treatment?
No. The 90-minute course combines scapula release, posture care and facial care. It also includes the upper chest and head, bringing upper-body and facial care into one visit.
When should I start before my wedding?
Timing varies, but many guests begin three to six months in advance. Share your photograph and wedding dates so that your condition and schedule can be discussed at the first visit.
Can my first visit be just before the wedding?
For a first visit, we recommend allowing about one week before the wedding as a precaution. Returning guests may discuss a visit the day before depending on their condition; please contact the location with time to spare.
Should care be before or after bridal shaving?
We recommend care first, followed by shaving. If shaving comes first, please leave at least four days before visiting.
How do the 100- and 120-minute bridal lymphatic courses differ?
The 100-minute course combines scapula release, posture care and lymphatic massage for the back, upper arms and upper chest. The 120-minute course adds facial care.
Is Pilates available at every location?
The 50-minute machine Pilates lesson and 80-minute bodywork and Pilates combination are exclusive to Higashiumeda. Check the location when booking.
How do I choose between Pilates for 50 minutes and the 80-minute combination?
The 50-minute option is a one-to-one machine lesson. The 80-minute course starts with scapula-focused bodywork, then machine Pilates. Compare whether you want hands-on care as well as movement.
