Our Story
RUFFREE began with one belief:
shoulder blade care can give people wings.
That idea remains our starting point.
When we started, focused care for the shoulder blades was not widely known.
We believed it could offer more than easing shoulder tension:
it could support posture and the way people carry themselves,
and help them feel more positive.
We have listened carefully to each person,
and heard comments such as “my shoulders feel lighter,” “I can move more easily” and “my back looks different.”
Those moments have shaped our work.
As more people shared our vision across Japan,
what began with one practitioner's commitment
grew into a brand spreading its wings nationwide.

The name RUFFREE holds our origins and our hopes.
“RUFF” expresses a welcoming place where you can smile and feel at ease.
“FREE” expresses freedom of body and mind, and relief from everyday tension and fatigue.
For us, RUFFREE means

Our techniques are supervised by a nationally qualified practitioner. We review how your body feels and looks before and after care, with an emphasis on a comfortable, relaxing experience.
