Bridal Seitai is a course for discussing how your shoulders, back, upper chest and face look in a dress, as well as everyday shoulder concerns. RUFFREE combines electro-treatment with bridal-focused bodywork and facial care.

Our Approach

A dress reveals more than the shoulder blades. Bridal Seitai combines scapula release and beauty-focused bodywork so that you can discuss your back and upper chest too.
Tell us about raised-looking shoulders, rounded shoulders or standing posture. We discuss each concern and adapt care to your condition.
Facial care is included.
Both the 100- and 120-minute courses include scapula release, beauty-focused bodywork and facial care, without requiring separate bookings for the back and face.
If lymphatic massage is your priority, compare Bridal Lymphatic Care. In that menu, facial care is included in the 120-minute course, but not the 100-minute option.
Planning around your schedule.
Please share your wedding, photograph, shaving and other cosmetic appointment dates. For first-time guests, we recommend allowing about one week before the wedding for treatment.
Many guests begin three to six months in advance, depending on their condition. We start by reviewing your situation and discussing the time available.

Is a first visit just before my wedding suitable?
As a precaution, we recommend allowing about one week before the wedding for a first visit. Returning guests may be able to discuss treatment the day before, depending on their condition. Please contact us with time to spare.
Should I have treatment before or after shaving?
We recommend treatment before shaving. If you have already had shaving, please allow at least four days before visiting.
Is this course available during pregnancy?
RUFFREE does not provide treatment during pregnancy. This course is not offered as pregnancy or maternity bodywork.
